The Challenge

Cut+Dry is disrupting a $300B foodservice distribution market by turning software into operational transformation. You'll be the trusted advisor turning signed contracts into scaled adoption across distributor networks.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard and launch 2-3 distributor customers with structured rollout plans that achieve >40% active user adoption within first 90 days

2

Map distributor org structure, identify power users and blockers, and establish weekly adoption tracking cadence with clear KPIs

3

Build executive relationship playbook: monthly business reviews with distributor leadership showing ROI on platform usage

4

Document 3 early feature requests, assess strategic value vs. dev cost, and communicate prioritization decisions back to customers

By 6 Months
1

Manage full portfolio of 5-8 distributor customers through post-launch growth phase, targeting 60%+ sustained platform adoption

Drive feature awareness campaigns for 3+ underutilized platform capabilities, measuring lift in usage metrics

3

Identify and present 2-3 expansion opportunities to distributor leadership (new customer segments, adjacent products)

4

Reduce early churn risk by catching and resolving 4+ disengagement signals before they escalate to renewal risk

  • You thrive in ambiguity—this role requires you to wear sales, project management, and strategy hats simultaneously
