The Challenge
Cut+Dry is disrupting a $300B foodservice distribution market by turning software into operational transformation. You'll be the trusted advisor turning signed contracts into scaled adoption across distributor networks.
Your Mission
Onboard and launch 2-3 distributor customers with structured rollout plans that achieve >40% active user adoption within first 90 days
Map distributor org structure, identify power users and blockers, and establish weekly adoption tracking cadence with clear KPIs
Build executive relationship playbook: monthly business reviews with distributor leadership showing ROI on platform usage
Document 3 early feature requests, assess strategic value vs. dev cost, and communicate prioritization decisions back to customers
Manage full portfolio of 5-8 distributor customers through post-launch growth phase, targeting 60%+ sustained platform adoption
Drive feature awareness campaigns for 3+ underutilized platform capabilities, measuring lift in usage metrics
Identify and present 2-3 expansion opportunities to distributor leadership (new customer segments, adjacent products)
Reduce early churn risk by catching and resolving 4+ disengagement signals before they escalate to renewal risk

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5+ years in foodservice sales or distributor operations and genuinely understand how sales reps, operations, and ordering systems work
- You're comfortable in C-level conversations and can advise executives on what will actually move their business metrics
- You obsess over adoption data, not just contract signatures, and can spot disengagement patterns early
- You thrive in ambiguity—this role requires you to wear sales, project management, and strategy hats simultaneously
- You don't have foodservice distribution experience—this advisory role requires deep industry knowledge from day one
- You're looking for a traditional account manager role focused on upsell cycles instead of customer transformation
- You need remote flexibility—this is on-site in Austin with distributor customers who expect in-person partnership
