The Challenge
Lead growth strategy for a premier full-stack marketing agency serving digital health startups. You'll build world-class acquisition funnels across multiple clients while mentoring the next generation of growth marketers.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize current client acquisition channels (paid social, paid search) to establish baseline performance metrics and quick-win improvements
Develop comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies for 2-3 key client accounts with clear KPIs and testing roadmaps
Build and onboard internal growth team, establishing clear frameworks for paid social, paid search, and CRO specialties
Implement robust attribution and marketing-mix modeling across client accounts to inform budget allocation decisions
Drive measurable LTV improvements across client portfolio through optimized conversion rate testing and lifecycle marketing campaigns
Scale proven acquisition channels while launching and validating 3+ new channels or creative formats per client
Mentor 2-3 early-career growth marketers to independently manage sub-functions and own client relationships
Document repeatable playbooks and frameworks that position the agency as thought leaders in digital health growth
KPIs You'll Own
Client CAC and LTV
Track cost per acquisition and lifetime value improvements across your client portfolio as the core measure of growth impact.
Campaign ROAS
Monitor return on ad spend across paid channels weekly to identify optimization opportunities and inform budget reallocation.
Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage
Measure improvements in site/app conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO initiatives to compound acquisition efficiency.
Team Velocity and Output
Track number of tests launched, creative variations tested, and campaigns optimized per month by your managed team.
Client Retention and Expansion
Monitor client satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and retention rates as proxies for the quality of your strategic work.

- You've built and scaled DTC acquisition funnels and genuinely enjoy optimizing paid channels at the unit economics level
- You've worked with early-stage founders (Seed/Series A) and thrive in scrappy, multi-hat environments
- You're as comfortable analyzing cohort data and attribution models as you are managing creative execution and A/B tests
- You want to mentor junior growth talent and establish frameworks/playbooks that outlast any single client or campaign

- You're looking for deep specialization in one channel—this role demands full-funnel ownership and channel agility
- You haven't directly managed paid social or paid search campaigns at scale (6+ years minimum, not aspirational)
