Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mountain View, CA, for a
Head of Growth (Inbound Focused)
. The role is centered on building and scaling inbound acquisition channels to drive customer growth and revenue.The Head of Growth will be responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business development, with a primary emphasis on inbound demand generation. Daily responsibilities include formulating and executing growth marketing campaigns across owned and organic channels, optimizing conversion funnels, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing data-driven strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies
- Strong background in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and partnerships
- Proven experience in scaling businesses and identifying new growth opportunities
- Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in analytics and KPI-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Experience with SaaS, AI platforms, or compliance solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not required
