The Challenge

Lead integrated marketing strategy for culturally-driven brands at a forward-thinking agency. You'll mentor teams, drive breakthrough creative work, and own the full P&L while positioning the agency as a cultural marketing thought leader.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish deep expertise on assigned client(s) business model, competitive landscape, and cultural positioning through stakeholder interviews and market analysis

Audit current account structure, identify workflow gaps, and create streamlined campaign planning and execution protocols with your team

Deliver first integrated campaign brief that demonstrates cultural insight and defines success metrics against earned media and brand lift targets

Mentor assigned Account Supervisors/Executives on strategic thinking and client relationship management through weekly coaching sessions

By 6 Months
1

Grow assigned account revenue by 15-20% through upsell of new integrated campaign work or expanded service lines identified during discovery phase

2

Lead agency thought leadership initiative (speaking engagement, case study, or industry panel) positioning multicultural marketing expertise

3

Oversee 3-4 breakthrough campaigns that deliver measurable earned cultural coverage and exceed client KPIs by 10%+ vs. benchmarks

Build and scale high-performing account team with documented career growth plans and promotions for junior team members

Account Revenue Growth

Track YoY revenue expansion through new services, expanded scope, or retained upsells; target 15-20% annual growth.

Campaign Performance vs. KPI

Measure earned media placements, brand lift, engagement rates, and cultural resonance vs. pre-defined client success metrics.

Client Satisfaction & Retention

Monitor through quarterly NPS scores, scope adherence, on-time delivery, and renewal rates; maintain 90%+ retention.

Team Development Index

Track direct reports' promotion velocity, skill growth assessments, and internal engagement scores; target 1 promotion per year.

Budget Health & Resource Efficiency

Monitor project profitability, scope creep %, and resource utilization across accounts; maintain 85%+ margin health.
