Digital Marketing Manager β Circ Foods
We're looking for a creative, digitally native marketer who lives on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube β someone who doesn't just manage content but makes it. You shoot, edit, post, and optimize. You know what performs and why. You have an intuitive sense for that je ne sais quoi that separates content that breaks through from content that dies on the vine. You're energetic, photogenic, and comfortable being the face of a brand on camera.
What you'll do:
- Create and publish original content (video, photo, copy) across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Own our social media presence β strategy, scheduling, community engagement, paid amplification
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop
- Track performance obsessively β you know your way around Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and attribution metrics
- Manage SEO, email marketing, and website content (WordPress, basic HTML/CSS)
- Coordinate with designers and freelancers to produce high-quality visual assets
- Test landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows to improve results
What we're looking for:
- A strong academic record β we want to see evidence of intellectual horsepower from your college transcript
- A portfolio of content you've actually created β not just managed
- An instinct for what will land β you can spot a winning hook, thumbnail, or angle before the metrics confirm it
- Deep fluency across major social and advertising platforms
- Proficiency with video editing tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
- Analytical chops β you can read data and adjust quickly
- High energy, low ego, bias toward action
- Comfort on camera and genuine enthusiasm for building a brand from the ground up
