We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution across the company, while helping shape and grow our overall strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone earlier in their career who is ready to step into a high-impact role and grow into a future marketing leader.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will play a critical role in supporting both corporate and franchise marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for executing and managing marketing efforts across social media, content, in-store marketing, events, partnerships, communications, and paid media. You will help bring the brand to life across all channels while building the systems and processes that support our continued growth.
The ideal candidate is both creative and operational, excited to roll up their sleeves while also thinking strategically about how to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution & Strategy Support:
• Support the development and execution of Blushington’s multi-channel marketing strategy
• Help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all locations
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
• Support full-funnel marketing initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and retention
Digital, Social Media Management and Content Creation:
• Own day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (launch and growth)
• Develop and manage a content calendar across all platforms
• Create and oversee blog and editorial content
• Comfortable creating content and using Photoshop, Canva
• Pitch and execute weekly content ideas to grow engagement and community
• Track performance and optimize content based on key metrics
• Comfort using data to optimize campaigns and content
• Develop and guide creative strategy across organic and paid channels
• Build and manage ongoing testing across creative, messaging, and audiences to continuously improve performance
• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a focus on efficient customer acquisition, creative testing, and continuous performance optimization
• Own and scale paid acquisition channels, managing budgets, agency partners, and in-house execution to drive measurable growth across all markets
• Own budget allocation and performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Own the customer acquisition funnel from first touch through conversion, partnering cross-functionally to optimize landing pages, booking flow, and overall conversion rates
• Partner on email and SMS marketing strategy to drive retention, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value
• Develop and scale influencer and creator partnerships to drive brand awareness, content generation, and customer acquisition
• Deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership, translating data into clear recommendations and growth opportunities
Events, In-Store Marketing & Retail Support:
• Plan and execute in-store events and activations across all locations
• Serve as the marketing point of contact for store teams
• Manage event logistics including guest lists, vendors, budgets, and timelines
• Create event templates and maintain a centralized tracker of all marketing activities
• Oversee all in-store marketing needs across locations, including collateral, signage, creative assets, and promotional materials
• Ensure each store is fully equipped with up-to-date marketing materials aligned with brand standards
• Partner with store teams to identify marketing needs and provide ongoing support for local initiatives and promotions
• Support local and franchise-level marketing efforts to drive traffic, bookings, and community engagement
• Manage relationships with external vendors (printing, production, etc.) to ensure quality and consistency
Email Marketing & Reporting:
• Manage and update lists and campaigns
• Build and deliver monthly marketing reports including:
• Events and attendance
• Lead capture and bookings
• Social and PR exposure
• Campaign performance insights
• Lead all SMS messaging
• Support retention and lifecycle marketing efforts across email and SMS
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights
Influencer, Partnerships and PR Support:
• Identify and manage influencer relationships and gifting programs
• Develop and scale creator partnerships to drive brand awareness and acquisition
• Support brand partnerships and collaborations
• Assist with PR outreach and tracking press placements
Grassroots and In Lounge Marketing:
• Execute local grassroots marketing initiatives across all markets
• Support store-level marketing needs and community engagement efforts
• Ability to work cross-functionally with store teams, franchise partners, and external vendors
Operations & Brand Management:
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and reporting systems
• Manage marketing collateral inventory across all locations
• Support website updates, including press and content uploads
• Assist in seasonal campaign execution and launches
• Ability to track and interpret key marketing metrics (engagement, conversion, traffic, bookings)
• Comfort using data to optimize campaigns and content
Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand roles
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
• Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and analytics/reporting
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Location & Travel:
This is a remote-flexible role within the U.S, but ideal location would be in LA, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton or NYC
Regular travel is required (approximately quarterly or more) to support:
• Store visits
• Events and activations
• New studio openings
