About the Role
This role owns and scales Aurigo’s inbound pipeline, driving qualified demand across planning and construction management products for mid-market and enterprise capital owners. The Director is accountable for delivering predictable, measurable pipeline to fuel revenue growth across core markets. You will build and lead a high-performing team spanning trade shows, industry events, webinars, digital demand generation, and paid media. Partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations, you’ll ensure strong alignment between marketing investment and revenue outcomes. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for a data-driven growth operator who thrives in fast-paced B2B software environments and combines grit with creativity to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Own North American inbound pipeline targets, including forecasting, reporting, and performance optimization
- Develop and execute the annual demand generation strategy and budget aligned to revenue goals (digital, events, webinars, and content)
- Lead and develop a global team of 8–10 marketers, driving full-funnel performance from awareness to closed-won
- Partner with Sales and Product leadership on ICP definition, territory priorities, pipeline velocity, conversion targets, and feedback loops
- Oversee campaigns across paid search, social, display, retargeting, email, and nurture programs
- Optimize trade shows and events to maximize pipeline impact and ROI
- Build scalable programs for both mid-market velocity and enterprise deal cycles; continuously test and improve cost per opportunity and CAC
Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B software marketing; 5+ years leading demand generation or growth teams
- Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries, with a track record of multimillion-dollar pipeline generation
- Proven success marketing to mid-market and enterprise audiences across events, digital, and content channels
- Deep expertise in SEO, AI search, SEM, social, and syndication
- Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Pardot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%; hybrid (3 days/week in Austin). Relocation considered
