position for someone who loves targets, thrives under pressure, and believes deeply in the life‑changing power of Christian education.Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Sales & Growth
- Own and
deliver enrollment targets
(new students, retention, yield, and revenue). - Manage the full admissions sales funnel: inquiry → tour → application → enrollment → commitment.
- Proactively
close families
through consultative, mission‑aligned sales conversations. - Follow up relentlessly—calls, texts, emails, visits—until a clear yes or no is achieved.
- Track and outperform weekly, monthly, and annual enrollment KPIs.
Inside Sales
- Rapid response to all inbound leads with excellence, urgency, and professionalism.
- Conduct high‑impact phone and virtual consultations with prospective families.
- Consistently overcome objections related to tuition, academics, and differentiation.
- Maintain pristine CRM data and accurate forecasting.
Outside Sales & Community Engagement
- Build deep referral relationships with churches, feeder schools, pastors, counselors, and community leaders.
- Represent the school at events, fairs, open houses, and community gatherings.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to expand the school’s footprint across Long Beach and surrounding communities.
Strategy, Analysis & Leadership
- Analyze conversion data and adjust strategy to maximize results.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic leadership on messaging and positioning.
- Bring fresh ideas, competitive intelligence, and best practices from high‑performing sales environments.
- Model excellence, faith, professionalism, and ownership in all interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required
7+ years of high‑performance sales experience
(education, enrollment, SaaS, financial services, or consultative sales preferred).- Verifiable history of
meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
. - Data‑driven, metrics‑oriented mindset (you know your numbers at all times).
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
- High stamina, grit, follow‑through, and personal accountability.
- Alignment with and respect for Christian values and mission.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in private school, faith‑based school, or IB program enrollment.
- CRM fluency and disciplined pipeline management.
- Comfort discussing tuition as an investment, not a cost.
- Leadership presence with executive polish.
