What you'll do
The Digital Marketing Manager plays an integral role at AtlantiCare, working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders across digital platforms to improve website design, user experience, SEO, and accessibility. This role is responsible for regular cadence of site updates, responds with urgency to time sensitive matters, manages system maintenance, reporting, and develops a roadmap for site enhancements.
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for AtlantiCare website presence – both external patient facing site and internal employee web experience. Collaborate across our highly matrixed organization to gain consensus on digital roadmap for internet and intranet and ensure project scope, timelines, and KPIs are clearly defined; Manage implementation to ensure all efforts are launched on-time and on budget.
- Website Production, Maintenance and Optimization: ensure all digital experiences are platform agnostic – designed for an optimal patient experience regardless of access point (desktop, mobile, tablet). As needed, manage RFPs and vendor selection process for projects from initial ideation through to execution. Oversee the continuous improvement of our website design, content, functionality, and integration with critical systems (CRM, chat, provider directory, etc) to provide optimal engagement and patient conversion. This includes site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging and SEO management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Provide performance reporting on defined KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancements to drive website and marketing campaign effectiveness. Ensure site up time in a bug free environment. Implement A/B testing to optimize user funnel and marketing campaign performance.
- Agency Management & Leadership: Manage 3rd party agencies and vendors for our digital platforms and partner with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Standards & Compliance: Possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing industry standards and best practices, ensuring all digital experiences are in compliance with all data privacy policies and healthcare industry regulations. Responsible for keeping the team well-informed of anticipatory policy and data usage changes and emerging issues in the continuously evolving digital landscape.
- Trends and Landscape: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business required. Master’s degree preferred.EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 7 years as a Digital Manager building and managing web experiences at an organization with similar complexity required; healthcare experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of technical processes and platforms including web analytics, data visualization, CMS, CRM, and HTML required.
- Experience managing the execution of programs through 3rd party agency partners required.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong project management, budget management, and verbal & presentation communication skills required.
- Proven capability to develop internal talent required.
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment including off off-hours when needed to address critical health system issues or website updates.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires some travel, flexibility of hours including weekends, evenings and on-call coverage. This position requires near visual acuity, finger and hand dexterity; majority of time spent at desk and computer. This position requires walking, bending, reaching and stooping when accessing files and supplies. Position requires occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. This position works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer and copier. Essential functions of this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

This position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
