The Challenge

AMMEGA is scaling its digital presence across the Americas and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to own the entire digital strategy—from SEO/SEM to demand generation to website optimization. You'll report directly to the Americas Marketing head and build scalable acquisition programs for complex B2B buying cycles in industrial/manufacturing sectors.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital footprint (SEO, SEM, website UX) across MIR, Jason, and Green Belting properties; identify quick wins and define regional KPI baseline

Build integrated 6-month digital strategy roadmap aligned with Americas business goals and sales pipeline targets

Launch optimized SEM campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with targeting tailored to B2B buyer personas; establish ROAS benchmarks

Implement MQL scoring model and nurture workflow in HubSpot/Dynamics; begin weekly sales alignment cadence

By 6 Months

Achieve 25%+ YoY growth in qualified leads (MQLs) through optimized demand gen funnel across paid, organic, and email channels

Improve website conversion rate by 15%+ through CRO initiatives and technical SEO fixes; increase organic traffic by 30%

Build predictive analytics dashboard (GA4 + Power BI/Looker Studio) tracking campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and customer behavior patterns

Scale regional SEM and content syndication programs; establish agency/partner governance framework and deliver monthly performance insights to executive leadership

Track monthly qualified leads by source (organic, paid, email) with scoring aligned to sales conversion thresholds.

CAC & Pipeline Contribution

Measure cost-per-acquisition by channel and attribute revenue impact to digital campaigns.

Organic Traffic & Rankings

Monitor monthly sessions, keyword rankings (target #1-3 positions for priority terms), and technical SEO health scores.

SEM ROAS & CPC

Optimize Google/LinkedIn Ads for return-on-ad-spend and cost-per-click efficiency; set channel-specific targets.

Website Conversion Rate

Track visitor-to-lead, lead-to-MQL, and contact form submission rates; target 15%+ YoY improvement.

Email Nurture Engagement

Measure open rates, click-through rates, and progression through automated workflows.
