I’m currently partnering with a top-tier law firm on a search for a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology to join their marketing leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior digital marketer in the legal or professional services space who enjoys working at the intersection of digital strategy, thought leadership distribution, marketing technology, and analytics.
The firm advises global companies on complex regulatory, intellectual property, and high-stakes commercial matters across technology, healthcare, life sciences, and consumer sectors, with a strong reputation for collaboration and professional development.
The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology will lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy and help expand the reach of its thought leadership across key digital channels.
The role also plays an important part in evolving the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem and exploring responsible adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and execute the firm’s digital content and communications strategy across website, social media, email marketing, and thought leadership platforms.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with business development and practice group leaders to promote key practices, industries, and firm initiatives.
- Oversee the firm’s social media strategy, content planning, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Partner with PR and external agencies to support external communications, including press releases, newsletters, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and internal stakeholders to identify and develop thought leadership and marketing content aligned with strategic priorities.
Content & Brand Management
- Drive development and distribution of high-quality digital content, including articles, webinars, reports, podcasts, and multimedia assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications and ensure content reflects the firm’s market positioning.
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar to support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Marketing Technology & Analytics
- Oversee key digital marketing platforms including the firm’s website, social media tools, analytics systems, and content platforms.
- Manage digital performance tracking and reporting, using engagement data to optimize campaigns and marketing effectiveness.
- Support SEO/SEM strategies and paid digital campaigns to enhance visibility and audience reach.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology and tools that improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Education and Key Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing, content strategy, or communications experience within a professional services environment (law firm, consulting, or Big 4 preferred).
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership distribution, and social media strategy.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools used to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.
