Job Description

Develops and implements the strategic digital vision to drive volume based on identified budget and patient/visit targets. Creates and manages digital marketing plans that leverage CRM, including lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets, performance evaluation, and optimization. Collaborates with regional leadership to manage strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. Leads and educates divisional leadership and physicians on digital marketing strategies and best practices. Manages end-to-end campaign strategy for division and service line initiatives. Advances and personalizes digital patient experiences with multi-touch marketing efforts. Demonstrates clear ROI for B2C and B2B digital marketing efforts. Evaluates and demonstrates the business impact of digital programs through metrics and KPIs. Conducts patient journey mapping and documents patient paths to service/purchase for all service lines. Uses data to optimize campaigns, identify and target best prospects and customers, and produce incremental sales and revenue. Develops, implements, and monitors digital marketing budgets for assigned regions and service lines. Provides orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors/partners to ensure successful campaign execution. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience leading successful marketing campaigns and advanced customer/patient experiences that deliver downstream ROI.
  • Proficiency with advanced marketing technology platforms.
  • Display extensive knowledge on integrating digital and traditional channels effectively.
  • Superior leadership and abilities in motivate a team across a division, collaborate, problem solving, using data to derive solutions, execution against the odds, financial management, communications and presentations, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • $1M+ budget management experience to develop revenue forecasts and hold responsibility for increases in ROI (bottom-line profitability, top-line revenues, and customer loyalty from patients and referring physicians).
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors.
  • Experience and advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and health-related data sets.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
  • Possess the ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical information to a diverse group of stakeholders and non-technical staff.
  • Skills in large data set management, multivariate analysis, gleaning insights from data, and presenting data clearly via written and oral reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail for QA and campaign performance testing.
  • Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across administrators, team members, physicians, customers/patients, vendors and the community.

Pay Range

$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
