The Challenge

Addi is Colombia's fastest-growing BNPL platform with 2.9M users and just achieved bank status. You'll architect a cross-sell engine that converts BNPL users into Savings account holders, fundamentally reshaping how 2M+ customers experience financial services in Latin America.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and launch CRM lifecycle for Savings product across Braze (push, email, WhatsApp, in-app) with documented onboarding and engagement flows live by end of Q1

2

Define cohort-level conversion targets by Kepler segment tier (Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze) and establish baseline funnel metrics vs. control cohorts

Build segment-level cross-sell reporting dashboard with monthly tracking of activation uplift and LTV impact

4

Map and document 5 Bank/Savings-specific actions to integrate into NBA engine by end of month 3

By 6 Months
1

Run minimum 8 A/B tests (2 per quarter) on cross-sell messaging, incentive structures, channel mix, and offer framing with documented learnings

Achieve measurable incremental uplift in Savings activation rate vs. control, tracked by segment and channel

Expand NBA engine with live integration of savings propensity, balance milestones, and upgrade triggers, measuring incremental GMV impact

4

Establish systematic experimentation framework and playbook for Bank growth with compounding lift targets for future quarters

% of active BNPL/Marketplace users who open and activate a Savings account, tracked monthly by Kepler tier.

Cross-sell Funnel Conversion Uplift vs. Control

Incremental conversion lift attributed to CRM lifecycle and NBA actions, measured cohort-level.

Incremental GMV per NBA Action

Revenue impact of each new Bank/Savings-specific action integrated into the Next Best Action engine.

Test Learning Velocity

Minimum 4 test designs per quarter with documented insights feeding next iteration roadmap.

CRM Journey Engagement Rate

Click-through and activation rates across push, email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels by journey type.

Customer Lifetime Value Uplift

LTV change for users exposed to cross-sell engine vs. non-exposed baseline over 6-month window.

  • You've built cross-sell or upsell engines at fintech/payments platforms with 1M+ user bases
  • You're comfortable designing CRM journeys in Braze or similar platforms and running experimentation frameworks
  • You speak fluent Spanish and thrive in Colombian market context or have Latin America growth experience
  • You can translate segment-level insights into actionable NBA actions and measure incremental GMV impact
  • You're energized by owning a greenfield Bank growth function with clear quarterly targets
