AccessOwl is a YC-backed, cashflow-positive startup redefining how IT teams govern SaaS access with AI. You'll own the entire growth engine from day one—no playbook, no team, just you, the CEO, and the opportunity to systematize what works.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3-5 core content pieces (blog + programmatic SEO pages) targeting IT admin search intent; track organic traffic baseline
Establish authentic presence in 2-3 Reddit communities (r/sysadmin, r/cybersecurity) with weekly engagement and 1 viral thread contribution
Set up paid acquisition foundation: Google Ads competitor + retargeting campaigns live with $XXX/month spend and clear CAC tracking
Run 4 structured growth experiments (channel mix, messaging, landing page variants) with documented results and doubling-down recommendations
Grow organic traffic 150%+ month-over-month through SEO, content, and AI search optimization; establish AccessOwl as top result for core ICP queries
Build repeatable content machine: 2 blog posts/month + programmatic pages automated with Claude + n8n workflows
Achieve 25%+ CAC payback within 6 months via paid channels; identify and scale highest-performing acquisition lever
Co-develop and document the growth playbook with CEO: repeatable frameworks for content, paid, community that next hires can execute

- AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier) are already in your daily workflow—you don't just use them, you tinker with automations.
- You're a high-agency operator who gets excited by running experiments, measuring results, and iterating fast; decks bore you.
- You're comfortable being a generalist: jumping between SEO, paid ads, content, community without needing a narrow lane.
- You want to shape the playbook early at a founder-led startup and work directly with the CEO to systematize what works.
- You want to manage a team and set strategy from above—this is pure hands-on building and execution.
- You need detailed playbooks and SOPs before you can start; you're hired to create them, not follow them.
- AI tools aren't part of your daily routine; if Claude or ChatGPT aren't tools you actively use, this isn't the right fit.
- You prefer to specialize deeply in one channel (e.g., 'I only do paid') rather than owning the full top-of-funnel picture.

Philip shares current traction, ICP, and growth challenges. You propose 2-3 experiments you'd run in the first 30 days.
