THE TEAM
Team Name & Location: You will join the Marketing team, based in our Paris office.
Team Composition: You will work within an international marketing team, collaborating daily with internal stakeholders (Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Design) as well as external stakeholders such as event agencies, venues, and marketing tool providers.
Role Overview: As Marketing Apprentice, you will support the team on event coordination and marketing automation activities, contributing directly to lead generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth.
Tech Stack & Tools: You will work with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, email marketing tools, and standard event management and collaboration solutions (Slack, Google Workspace, project management tools).
Additional Information: The role is based in Paris, where most of our French events take place. Occasional travel within France may be possible depending on the event calendar, but is not a requirement of the role.
YOUR MISSION
Manage the end-to-end coordination of marketing events, including physical events and webinars.
Build and maintain email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform, ensuring quality, deliverability, and on-time execution.
Drive campaign tracking and performance monitoring in Salesforce, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement.
Lead the operational planning of events, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-site setup and post-event follow-up.
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Content, Design) and external partners to ensure a seamless execution of campaigns and events.
Act as a key operational support for the broader marketing team, contributing to a small share of content-related tasks when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven first professional experience (internship or previous apprenticeship) in a marketing environment, ideally with exposure to marketing automation and/or email tools.
Confidence in event planning and organization, with strong attention to detail, structure, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Strong copywriting skills and synthesis capacity, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging across communication materials.
Eagerness to grow in an international, English-speaking environment, a solid level of English is essential to collaborate daily with our team and understand business topics in meetings.
