The Challenge
99 (part of DiDi) is looking for a Marketing Manager to own key account partnerships for 99Food—building co-branded campaigns and exclusive deals with top restaurant brands. You'll drive measurable growth by orchestrating cross-functional teams and negotiating high-impact promotions that move the needle on both partner success and platform metrics.
Your Mission
Map and audit current top 10-15 key account brand partnerships; identify co-marketing opportunities and gaps in campaign coordination
Launch 2-3 pilot co-branded campaigns with strategic restaurant partners, measuring ROAS and order lift against baseline
Establish rhythm of bi-weekly alignment meetings with KA brand marketing teams; document playbook for campaign approval workflows
Build partnership-focused dashboard tracking order growth, promo performance, and R-Burn by account; present findings to Growth Ops
Execute full co-branded promo calendar for H1/H2 with 5+ key accounts; hit agreed-upon order volume and engagement KPIs
Scale successful pilot campaigns into repeatable playbooks; document 3-4 high-performing campaign templates for future use
Negotiate and close 2-3 new exclusive partnership deals (category exclusivity, co-marketing budgets, or performance incentives)
Reduce campaign turnaround time by 30% through streamlined cross-functional workflows (social, creative, commercial teams)
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS by Partner
Return on ad spend for co-branded campaigns per key account; tracks efficiency of promotional investment and guides budget allocation.
Order Growth Rate (KA Segment)
Sequential month-over-month order growth attributed to key account partnerships; isolates impact of partnership initiatives from organic growth.
R-Burn & Promo Performance
Promotional discount spend and its impact on customer acquisition cost and lifetime value; optimized to maximize unit economics.
Campaign Turnaround Time
Days from brief to launch for co-branded campaigns; tracks operational efficiency and ability to capitalize on time-sensitive opportunities.
Partner NPS / Retention
Net Promoter Score or retention rate of key account partnerships; measures satisfaction and likelihood to renew or expand collaboration.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 5+ years in marketing or partnerships—ideally food, retail, or e-commerce—and have concrete examples of co-branded campaigns
- You're comfortable negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders (brand CMOs, restaurant operators) without formal authority
- You obsess over metrics: ROAS, order growth, promo efficiency—and can translate data into strategy and playbooks
- You thrive in fast-moving, matrix-heavy environments where you're coordinating across social, creative, commercial, and data teams
- You speak Portuguese (Brazilian) fluently or near-fluently; on-site in São Paulo isn't a hardship
- You need remote flexibility or are based outside Greater São Paulo—this role is firmly on-site
- You lack hands-on partnership or account management experience; this isn't a brand-only or creative-only role
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or changing priorities; scaling a partnership function requires rapid iteration and pivoting
