Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across priority social channels. This role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, growing engaged audiences, and improving how content performs across modern discovery environments.
The position partners closely with marketing, content, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective distribution across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organic social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging platforms
- Develop channel-specific approaches aligned to audience behavior and platform trends
- Support executive and brand presence on LinkedIn through thought leadership content
- Participate in relevant online communities in an authentic, brand-appropriate way
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging across campaigns and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve discoverability of content across search and AI-driven environments
- Build repeatable workflows that support consistent publishing cadence
- Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth to inform optimization decisions
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Manager
- Test new content formats, posting strategies, and channel opportunities
Requirements:
- 5β8+ years experience in organic social media strategy
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a primary brand channel
- Familiarity with community-driven platforms such as Reddit
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing or communications teams
- Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as needed
- Experience with social publishing or listening tools preferred
Preferred Background:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital-first companies
- Experience supporting YouTube channel strategy
- Familiarity with SEO or content optimization concepts
- Experience building thought leadership programs
