🎯 The Role:

We are looking for an

Influencer Marketing & PR Analyst (US Market)

to help build Birdman's presence, desirability, and cultural relevance in the United States through strategic influencer partnerships and PR-driven collaborations.

This role will play a key part in our

market entry and growth stage

, combining relationship building, strategic storytelling, execution excellence, and data-driven decision-making to position Birdman as a brand creators want to work with.

🧩 Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the

      U.S. influencer marketing strategy

      aligned with brand and go-to-market objectives.
    • Define

      creator profiles, tiers, and collaboration models

      based on brand awareness and positioning goals.
    • Lead influencer campaigns

      end-to-end

      : briefing, negotiation, execution, content delivery, and performance evaluation.
    • Build and manage a strong

      pipeline of creators

      across platforms and communities.
    • Execute PR-driven initiatives including

      seeding programs, launches, and brand activations

      .
    • Identify opportunities for

      organic mentions, product placements, and cultural moments

      .
    • Lead negotiations with creators, ensuring

      value-driven collaborations aligned with brand goals

      .
    • Manage contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compliance (including

      FTC guidelines

      ).
    • Collaborate with Social Media to amplify influencer content across

      organic and paid channels

      .
    • Identify high-performing content for reuse across marketing touchpoints (UGC, ads, website, email).
    • Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and cultural conversations in the U.S. market.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance across

      awareness, engagement, reach, and brand impact metrics

      .
    • Build clear reports with

      insights, learnings, and recommendations

      .
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced/Native English (spoken and written).

Professional Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience working with

    U.S.-based creators and influencers

    .
  • Experience supporting

    brand launches or early-stage market growth

    (strong plus).
  • Background in lifestyle, wellness, food & beverage, or culture-driven brands preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong experience in

    influencer relationship management and negotiation

    .
  • Experience with

    PR and earned media collaborations

    .
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize performance.
  • Experience with platforms such as

    Upfluence, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Traackr, or similar

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

    .
  • Experience managing contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
