Your Role

The role is responsible for translating business objectives into impactful digital campaigns, compelling content, and effective customer journeys across multiple channels. This includes leveraging CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion rates. Additionally, the position ensures a consistent and high-quality digital presence, while identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and measurable performance improvement across all marketing initiatives.

The principal activities for this position are

· Plan, execute, and optimize B2B digital marketing strategies and campaigns · Create high-quality content (copy + design) for social media, email marketing, and website · Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) · Develop and execute campaigns, Landing Pages, etc. to promote courses and services · Manage CRM system, including database organization, segmentation, and lead tracking · Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing, etc.) · Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations · Improve and maintain the company’s digital presence (website, funnels, online visibility) · Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
