Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced

Product Manager

to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of

Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Field Service

solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering enterprise applications that drive business value.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, implementation, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the

    product vision and roadmap

    for Dynamics CRM and Field Service
  • Manage and prioritize the

    product backlog

    based on business needs and strategic goals
  • Gather, analyze, and refine

    business and technical requirements

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define

    acceptance criteria

    and ensure quality delivery
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and adoption metrics
  • Lead

    release planning

    , including sprint planning and go-live activities
  • Facilitate continuous feedback and drive product enhancements
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in

    Product Management or IT Project/Program Management

  • Strong experience with

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    and

    Dynamics 365 Field Service

  • Experience working in

    Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as

    Azure DevOps, Jira

    , or similar
  • Strong communication and

    stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    Dynamics 365 implementations or enhancements

  • Understanding of

    customer service or field service operations

  • Experience with

    product analytics and KPI tracking

  • Experience working with

    cross-functional or global teams
