Why This Role Is Valuable
Microsoft Dynamics is a critical tool that allows several of our Portfolio Companies to efficiently run their business, deliver on customer requests, manage operations, and add customer value. This role is at a key intersection of IT and the business and is a prime example of IT enabling the business.
How You Add Value
- Leading a team of developers by guiding implementation, assisting with technical documentation, and creating solutions for complex business processes.
- Designing, developing, and configuring Dynamics 365 environments, serving as the subject matter expert.
- Troubleshooting and resolving user submitted tickets and managing helpdesk resources.
- Managing solutions and deployments of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Advising our portfolio companies in the best practices, leveraging new Microsoft features and releases.
- Working closely with business users to identify requirements and create solutions to business problems.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions that can be executed on and delivered.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or heavy work experience in a similar environment.
- 3+ years experience customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience managing the Power Platform and building flows in Power Automate.
- Experience with web resources, Deployment Pipelines, and solution management.
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript, plugin development, and the Dynamics 365 API
- Experience working with a helpdesk ticketing system (e,g. Service Now, Zoho, Zendesk).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience with the Field Service Mobile App
- Proficient in SQL or other languages
- Agile software development experience
Total Direct Compensation
: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.Benefits
