The Challenge

Top biotech org in South San Francisco needs a strategic PM to own Patient CRM product vision and drive adoption across the enterprise. You'll shape how healthcare providers engage patients through cutting-edge digital-forward CRM solutions.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Patient CRM feature set, user feedback, and competitive positioning; synthesize into a 90-day insights report for leadership

Partner with Business Product Owner and Technical PM to validate and prioritize Q1 roadmap items with 3+ stakeholder sign-offs

3

Launch UAT process for next feature release, defining success criteria and collecting 50+ user feedback data points

4

Establish baseline metrics for Patient CRM adoption, engagement, and NPS across field force

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2+ product experiments (e-detailing, messaging, customer insights modules) with measurable impact on adoption or engagement KPIs

2

Deliver roadmap for 12-month Patient CRM evolution with dependencies mapped, timelines locked, and exec alignment secured

3

Achieve 70%+ field force adoption of new Patient CRM features through targeted evangelism and change management

4

Ensure all Patient CRM capabilities meet compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards with zero audit gaps
