The Manager, CRM Strategy leads client engagement programs that connect marketing goals to customer outcomes across OneMagnify's major accounts. This role owns CRM strategy from lifecycle design and personalization roadmaps through orchestration, measurement, and optimization, bringing AI-powered thinking to every layer.

CRM is only as valuable as the strategy behind it. This role ensures that every lifecycle program, segmentation model, and personalization decision is grounded in business objectives, operating as a trusted advisor to senior clients who frames CRM as a driver of revenue, retention, and loyalty. The role also shapes how the CRM team grows: mentoring strategists, raising AI fluency, and maintaining the thread between client goals and daily delivery so the team's work compounds over time.
What You'll Do:
Lead CRM Strategy Across Major Accounts
Serve as the senior strategic contact for CRM across key client engagements, aligning lifecycle programs to business goals and ensuring measurable outcomes. Craft and evolve scoring models, segmentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and nurture programs informed by behavioral data and AI-assisted audience intelligence.
Embed AI Into CRM Programs
Integrate AI-powered capabilities into client strategies as standard practice, predictive segmentation, generative content frameworks, next-best-action logic, and automated performance diagnostics. Identify where automation and native platform intelligence can drive smarter targeting, faster activation, and more personalized experiences at scale.
Own Insights & Optimization
Establish measurement frameworks, analyze program performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations that shape strategic direction. Drive continuous learning connecting what launched, what worked, and what changes next.
Advance Platform & Team Capability
Unlock advanced capabilities across SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Dynamics, NetSuite, and connected sales systems. Manage a team of 3-5 CRM strategists, ensuring delivery ladders to client objectives and that the team builds AI fluency alongside strategic rigor.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in CRM and marketing automation strategy in an agency, consultancy, or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, scoring, segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel orchestration within CRM platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
- Credibility to present in senior client settings and confidence to steer strategic conversations.
- Experience with omnichannel campaign strategy (email, SMS, push, paid) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience applying AI/ML decisioning, predictive scoring, or generative content natively within platforms
- Perspective on how agentic AI and autonomous orchestration will reshape lifecycle marketing, moving from rule-based journeys to adaptive, self-optimizing programs
- Familiarity with CDP integration, reverse ETL, or real-time event-driven data flows and how they change what's possible in CRM personalization
- Exposure to CRM program models that span beyond marketing into sales enablement, customer success, or post-sale experience
- Point of view on how AI-generated content, privacy regulation, and signal loss are converging to reshape CRM strategy fundamentals
