As Product Manager for our Sales Mobile App, you’ll lead the development of innovative tools that empower our Sales Team to work smarter, engage homebuyers more effectively, and streamline the buying journey. You’ll be the voice of the user—deeply understanding their workflows and designing features that accelerate their success. You’ll shape a shared product vision with executives, define the metrics that matter, and relentlessly drive outcomes. - Build and manage a mobile app experience for dynamic sales teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Sales CRM for NHCs to enhance their efficiency and customer engagement.
- Leverage innovative solutions to address challenges in the home-buying process, especially for mobile associates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Ensure the product aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM platforms to optimize product functionality.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.
- Test and validate new features and enhancements.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of Product Management experience.
- Product Management experience for web or mobile platforms, with a strong focus on UX/UI design and user-centric solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM platforms.
- Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven Product Management skills to prioritize tasks, test activations, manage team bandwidth, and deliverables.
- Experience working with sales teams.
- Experience in home selling or real estate is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Effective presenter and collaborator.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Humble, hungry to make an impact, and proactive in taking initiative.

- You’ll report directly to our Director of Product and will work closely with other product managers to develop a vision for your specific product area.
- We believe in hiring smart and talented product managers and as a result you’ll have a good deal of autonomy to articulate ideas and features you think will add value to our users and business.
