K Health powers AI-driven virtual care for major health systems like Mayo Clinic and Cedars-Sinai. You'll own the entire CRM engine that converts leads into patients and keeps them engaged across email, SMS, push, and in-app-directly impacting healthcare access at scale.
Your Mission
Audit existing Braze flows and identify 3-5 quick wins to improve conversion or engagement metrics by 15%+
Define and document audience segmentation strategy across patient lifecycle stages with Data team
Launch 2-3 A/B tests on high-volume campaigns to establish baseline performance benchmarks
Build executive dashboard tracking email, SMS, push, and in-app performance against KPIs
Increase patient education campaign conversion rates by 20%+ through optimized messaging and targeting
Establish quarterly CRM roadmap with 4+ major initiatives aligned to product launches and business goals
Reduce unsubscribe rates by 15% through smarter segmentation and frequency capping
Present data-driven insights to executive team leading to 2+ strategic pivots in patient engagement strategy
