What you'll do
Accountabilities:
As a Lifecycle Operations Associate, you will manage day-to-day lifecycle engagement activities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and measurable impact. You will support the optimization of communication strategies, maintain operational excellence, and help improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
Create and execute recurring lifecycle marketing campaigns, including outbound email communications and engagement initiatives.
Manage daily SMS outreach workflows using CRM, analytics, and automation tools to engage warm leads.
Monitor inbound patient conversations, provide timely responses, and escalate issues when needed.
Track key lifecycle metrics such as response rates, conversions, opt-outs, and campaign performance.
Maintain accurate and compliant data records while improving operational processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test messaging, cadence strategies, and lifecycle improvements.
Support the development of scalable engagement systems that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing operational processes independently. You should have strong communication skills, an interest in growth and lifecycle operations, and the ability to use technology and data to improve outcomes.
1-3 years of experience in lifecycle operations, growth operations, CRM, customer operations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Front, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, Customer.io, or similar automation platforms.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Experience managing operational workflows from planning through execution.
Ability to analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Comfortable working across teams including growth, marketing, operations, and support.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership of assigned processes.
Experience in healthcare, digital health, or lifecycle marketing is a plus.
