CRM System Specialist

Role: CRM System Specialist

Location: Fremont, CA

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• The daily maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including marketing, sales and service systems, assisting in authorization grant, troubleshooting, training and documentation

Additional responsibilities are to include however not limited to the following:

• CRM and solution business related project execution
• Work with Business and Corp IT on the escalated support requests
• Business and System process improvements
• Data strings with module of SAP ERP PS, SD, MM experience in integration.

Job Requirements:

Education:

BS degree in computer science or related field

Experience:

• Have more than three years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM including marketing, sales and service.
• Possess the concept of customer relationship management with service and solution business is preferred.
• Good logical concepts, communication and coordination skills, organization and expression skills

Skills:

• Configuration and troubleshooting Of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM including marketing, sales and service
• Knowledge of solution business
• Identify, analyze, assign and/or complete assigned problem tickets
• Document applicable business processes and procedures in the assigned areas
• Ensure systems availability is at or above committed service levels
• Assist teams on other projects in order to ensure successful integration of SAP and Non-SAP functionality
