Our Entertainment client is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Celebration, FL. Open to remote or hybrid at another Disney location for the perfect fit. 

Role Summary
The Analyst, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing supports the delivery of personalized, data driven customer experiences across direct marketing channels. This role focuses on end to end campaign execution, including audience selection, campaign build, deployment, and performance monitoring using enterprise CRM platforms. The role partners closely with marketing, analytics, technology, and external vendors to bring complex customer journeys to life. This position reports to the Manager, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing and follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. 

Top Must Have Skills

Hands on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic in an enterprise marketing environment
Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake or similar databases
Experience building, deploying, and monitoring automated marketing campaigns across direct channels
Ability to segment and qualify audiences based on data driven insights
Clear communication skills to translate technical concepts for non technical partners

Additional Qualifications

Bachelors degree or 15 years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
Minimum 2 years of experience working with programming languages used in email and campaign execution such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML, with the ability to support and guide creative development without acting as an HTML email developer
Experience manipulating modular email templates and providing technical direction to creative teams
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and quality
Comfortable working in agile environments and learning new technologies
Must be based in Florida and willing to work onsite four days per week
Prior experience with enterprise grade, cross channel marketing platforms preferred

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end to end CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns from audience selection through deployment using Adobe Campaign Classic
Perform SQL queries on large datasets in Snowflake to identify, segment, test, and validate customer audiences
Analyze data to uncover insights that drive more effective and impactful marketing campaigns
Translate technical requirements and data insights into clear campaign strategies and recommendations for marketing partners
Perform technical analysis and level of effort estimation for direct channel communications
Monitor campaign health, automation cadence, and deployment schedules using reporting and monitoring tools
Partner with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and proofing prior to launch to ensure accurate execution
Support internal and external partners as an on the ground resource representing the client in implementing and expanding ecommerce distribution with an existing third party logistics provider
Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders, vendors, and software or data partners to support campaign execution and distribution needs  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
