Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.

[Your Company Name] is seeking a dedicated Quality Control & Assurance Specialist to join our team in the photovoltaic module manufacturing division. This vital role ensures that our products consistently meet the highest standards and that our processes drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Assurance
- Conduct routine inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Monitor production processes, promptly identifying and addressing deviations or non-conformities.
- Perform and analyze quality tests (EL, IV, and appearance) for photovoltaic modules.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Track, document, and report improvement actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Facilitate factory inspections and ensure all processes adhere to necessary standards.
- Analyze production and quality data, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams to initiate and manage continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain precise quality records, inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
- Regularly update and revise quality documentation to reflect process or product changes.
- Deliver quality-related training for production teams to ensure elevated awareness and adherence to quality standards.
- Keep current with industry standards and best practices for ongoing enhancement of quality systems.
- High School Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing or related field
- Skilled with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards.
- Strong analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven by continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The range for this position is $48,530.00 - $66,729.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
