The Challenge

Moose Toys is a globally recognized toy brand winning awards for innovation and sustainability. You'll architect their entire social media strategy across 6+ platforms, leading a creative team to build immersive brand worlds that drive community growth and consumer loyalty at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current social presence across all platforms and establish baseline metrics for engagement, reach, and audience sentiment

Define and document unified brand voice, tone guidelines, and visual identity standards for global social channels

Build 90-day content calendar aligned to key product launches and seasonal moments with platform-specific strategies

4

Onboard and align cross-functional stakeholders (regional marketers, product, creative) on social-first priorities

By 6 Months
1

Launch integrated social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook driving 25%+ growth in engaged followers

Establish data infrastructure to track social ROI, brand lift, and community sentiment with monthly reporting dashboards

Build and scale content creation capability with your team, shipping 40+ pieces of social-first content monthly

4

Develop regional playbooks for 3+ key markets reflecting local platform preferences, cultural nuances, and trends

Month-over-month percentage growth in engaged followers across all platforms, target 8-12% quarterly

Social-Driven Revenue

Attribution of direct conversions and AOV from social campaigns, tracked via UTM and platform analytics

Content Performance Score

Composite metric tracking reach, engagement, and save rate by content pillar and platform to optimize creative mix

Net sentiment analysis across mentions and comments, targeting 70%+ positive sentiment baseline
