The Challenge

You'll own the day-to-day execution of organic social strategies across multiple platforms, working directly with the Social Media Supervisor to bring brand strategies to life.
Your Mission
Master editorial calendar management across 3+ platforms using Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social, delivering 100% on-time content publication
Establish baseline community engagement metrics (response time, sentiment, engagement rate) and build repeatable processes for daily community management
Create 5+ content playbooks and strategic frameworks translating client business goals into actionable social initiatives
Coordinate first UGC/influencer campaign from brief to execution, ensuring quality standards and on-time asset delivery
Grow average organic social engagement by 25-40% through optimized content calendars, copywriting, and community responsiveness
Establish yourself as go-to creative brief writer, producing 50+ detailed briefs that translate client objectives into platform-specific execution
Own UGC/influencer program management for 2-3 clients, tracking performance against KPIs and optimizing content selection
Build and document content reference library and trend curation system, supporting 5+ concurrent client accounts
