About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and manage the online presence of Boost Miami and our clients.

The ideal candidate understands social media strategy, content planning, copywriting, community management, audience engagement, and current digital trends. Experience working with automotive or service-based brands is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media content calendars.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and account activity.
• Research trends, content ideas, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate with video editors, photographers, and other team members.
• Review performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all content follows each client’s brand guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members in English.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
• A portfolio, case studies, or examples of managed accounts are required.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content strategy.
• Proficiency in English.
• A reliable computer.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Must be located in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Full-time availability.

Compensation:

USD $600 per month, paid in U.S. dollars.

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, fully remote position available only to candidates currently located in Bogotá.
