The Challenge

Eterna is rebuilding insurance distribution with ex-Facebook engineers and a modern platform powering hundreds of agents. You'll own how this fast-scaling startup communicates every product launch, feature, and operational change to a distributed salesforce—turning complex builds into clear, actionable guidance that drives adoption.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current agent communication gaps and establish baseline metrics (email open rates, knowledge base usage, support ticket volume) for all rollout channels

Create and launch the foundational Agent Knowledge base structure with docs for 5+ critical workflows (onboarding, core platform features, compliance processes)

Shadow 10+ top agents and ops leaders to reverse-engineer how they actually work and identify friction points in current messaging

4

Ship rollout strategy and enablement materials for 2 major product launches with pre/post adoption tracking

By 6 Months

Achieve 70%+ adoption lift on new features within 30 days of launch through A/B tested messaging and tiered rollout sequencing

Reduce agent support tickets related to product/process confusion by 25% through proactive enablement and feedback loop systematization

Build and operationalize a monthly agent advisory council that surfaces workflow breakdowns and pressure-tests feature specs pre-launch

Establish Eterna's communication brand standard with reusable templates, style guide, and playbooks for all future product and operational changes
