The Challenge
Zebra Technologies is looking for a strategic performance marketer to own demand generation and revenue growth across the Latin America region. You'll orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, optimize marketing spend, and drive pipeline conversion while collaborating across a global organization.
Your Mission
Map current regional marketing mix and identify quick wins for pipeline acceleration across digital and offline channels
Establish baseline metrics for funnel performance, contact database health, and ROI by channel
Partner with in-country teams to audit existing programs and define standardized success criteria
Document regional best practices and develop optimization playbook for marketing automation and paid/organic media
Launch 3-4 optimized demand generation programs with measurable lift in pipeline conversion rates
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 15-20% through audience segmentation and creative testing
Build regional governance framework ensuring consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
Present quarterly business reviews with CFO-ready ROI analysis and budget allocation recommendations

Monitor efficiency of digital demand generation programs with focus on value vs. volume model.

Measure open, click, and conversion rates on sequenced campaigns to optimize message-to-audience fit.
Budget ROI by Channel
Accountability metric tracking return on investment across paid media, organic, and offline activations.
Contact Database Health Score
Quarterly assessment of data quality, segmentation accuracy, and deliverability rates.
