The Challenge

Robinhood is scaling aggressive customer acquisition across Europe and the UK—two of fintech's most competitive markets. You'll own the entire performance marketing playbook, from strategy through measurement, reporting into leadership on revenue impact.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and baseline current acquisition channels across Europe/UK; identify top 3 revenue drivers by market

2

Build consolidated measurement framework across all paid channels with unified attribution model

3

Establish monthly performance dashboard reporting CAC, ROAS, and cohort LTV by geography and channel

4

Create 90-day performance marketing roadmap with budget allocation and channel expansion plan

By 6 Months
1

Reduce CAC by 15-20% through channel optimization and creative testing while maintaining volume

2

Scale top-performing channels by 40%+ with proven unit economics

3

Launch integrated campaigns across minimum 3 new channels/tactics with clear ROI targets

4

Build and coach high-performing performance marketing team; hire 1-2 specialists as needed

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track and optimize the cost to acquire a paying customer by channel and geography.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid acquisition across all channels.

Cohort Lifetime Value (LTV)

Monitor 6, 12, and 24-month retention and spending by acquisition cohort.

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from new cohorts

Directly tie performance marketing efforts to revenue growth and impact.
