The Challenge

U.S.-based agency needs a hands-on PPC Specialist who can own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll lead a small team while leveraging AI and automation to scale results.

Your Mission

Audit and optimize 3-5 active client accounts; identify quick wins to improve ROAS by 15-20%

Build repeatable campaign templates and automation workflows in n8n/Zapier to reduce setup time by 40%

Train and align 2-3 team members on your optimization framework and reporting standards

Establish baseline performance dashboards in Looker Studio for each client account

Grow managed ad spend by 25-30% while maintaining or improving blended ROAS across all accounts

Launch AI-driven testing framework across creatives, landing pages, and ad copy; document learnings

Implement end-to-end automation for reporting, lead routing, and budget allocation across 5+ accounts

Mentor team to handle 40% of account optimization independently; reduce your day-to-day tactical load
