The Challenge
Agoda's Flights vertical is a growth frontier within a 7,000-person Booking Holdings company. You'll own marketing strategy and execution across channels, scaling flights GMV through data-driven experiments and cross-functional partnerships.
Your Mission
Audit current Flights marketing performance across CRM and paid channels; identify 3-5 high-impact growth opportunities
Establish baseline metrics dashboard (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates) for Flights across all marketing channels
Design and launch 2-3 A/B test experiments to validate hypotheses on channel efficiency and customer acquisition
Meet and align with Flights product, supply, and Accommodation marketing teams on Q1-Q2 strategic priorities
Execute 6+ validated experiments that improve Flights channel ROAS by 15%+ YoY
Build and mentor a high-performing analytics and manager team; hire 2-3 direct reports
Develop end-to-end strategic roadmap for Flights marketing across CRM, paid performance, and emerging channels
Deliver quarterly business reviews to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for continued scaling

Flights Channel ROAS
Return on ad spend by channel (CRM, paid performance); target 15%+ YoY improvement.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost to acquire a new Flights customer; benchmark and optimize by channel.
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Revenue generated per Flights customer over relationship lifetime; inform channel efficiency.
Conversion Rate by Channel
Percentage of users who complete a Flights booking; track and optimize each marketing channel.
Experiment Velocity
Number of A/B tests launched and validated per quarter; measure learning pace.

- You have 8+ years in data analysis, e-commerce growth, or digital marketing roles with hands-on SQL and Tableau expertise
- You thrive on designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and translating data into concrete growth actions
- You want to own a vertical (Flights) end-to-end—strategy, execution, and team leadership
- You're comfortable in Bangkok and ready to relocate; you want high-impact work at scale within a public company
- You need remote work flexibility; this is on-site Bangkok only
- You lack SQL proficiency or hands-on data analysis experience—this role requires you to be analytical, not just strategic
