The Challenge
Navan is looking for a seasoned performance marketer to own the entire paid campaign lifecycle across Reddit and X. You'll drive measurable results across the full funnel, reporting directly to leadership with data that moves the needle on pipeline and revenue.
Your Mission
Establish baseline performance metrics across Reddit and X campaigns; audit existing paid strategy and identify quick wins
Build dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and funnel conversion rates across both platforms
Launch 3-5 optimized campaign tests on Reddit and X with hypotheses tied to account-based targeting and audience expansion
Document playbooks for audience segmentation, creative testing, and bidding strategies specific to B2B SaaS buyers
Achieve 25%+ improvement in ROAS or CAC efficiency across Reddit and X channels vs. baseline
Scale winning campaigns to 2-3x budget while maintaining or improving unit economics
Integrate Reddit and X performance data into Salesforce pipeline tracking; demonstrate direct revenue attribution
Present quarterly performance reviews with creative insights, audience learnings, and roadmap for channel expansion

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent across Reddit and X; target 3:1 or better for B2B SaaS benchmarks.
Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)
Monitor blended CAC across both platforms; align with customer lifetime value (LTV) and payback period.
Pipeline Influence
Measure opportunities created and influenced by Reddit and X campaigns; connect paid touches to closed deals in Salesforce.
Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage
Track impression-to-click, click-to-landing page, landing page-to-lead, and lead-to-MQL conversion rates.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Cost Per Click (CPC)
Monitor ad relevance and platform-specific bidding efficiency; identify underperforming creative and audiences.
