Who are we?
At Luni, we create B2C mobile apps that improve everyday lives, stand out through quality content, and explore new ways to experience products.
As a top ten global app publisher with millions of users, our hits include Shorts, ️ Astro Club and ️ Scanner. Most of our revenue comes from in-app subscriptions in the US.
Our culture
We value flexibility, collaboration, and ownership. Team members have the freedom to take initiative, share ideas, and challenge the status quo - all within a culture built on trust, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of paid growth on a portfolio of our apps.
What you will do?
- Own the full media mix on several of our apps: Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
Manage monthly budgets with clear profitability targets, and arbitrate autonomously between testing and scaling phases.
Turn performance data into testable creative hypotheses, and brief our in-house Marketing Artists with sharp, actionable creative briefs.
Build structured test plans that isolate variables (hook, audience, visual) and turn every test into a documented learning.
Explore growth levers beyond paid
Use AI and automation to remove manual work from campaign management, reporting and creative analysis, and share what works with the rest of the team.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Artists, Product and Data.
Who you are?
3-6 years of experience in mobile user acquisition.
Deep expertise on at least one major channel (Meta, TikTok or Google) and solid command of tracking, MMPs and platform algorithms.
You read business performance through media, creative AND product angles, and prioritize by expected business impact.
Strong creative sensibility: you come up with original angles and iterate based on data, not gut feeling alone.
You're energized (not frustrated) by switching between apps with completely different audiences and buying dynamics.
You're genuinely curious about AI: you already use it to automate repetitive parts of your job and you actively look for the next thing to automate.
Bonus: experience with ASO, web-to-app funnels, organic channels.
