Accountabilities:

  • Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, or native platforms, with the opportunity to expand scope based on performance.

  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end, from setup and targeting through optimization, scaling, reporting, and performance improvement.

  • Build and optimize scalable acquisition funnels with ambitious growth objectives and a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion.

  • Run high-velocity experiments across creatives, audiences, placements, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages to identify scalable growth opportunities.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily using analytics and attribution tools such as Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards, and other relevant platforms.

  • Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, cohort behavior, and other performance indicators to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance-tracking systems that enable fast, data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the creative briefing process by identifying effective hooks, formats, messaging angles, and concepts based on campaign performance.

  • Partner with content and product teams to develop and continuously optimize high-converting landing pages and user journeys.

  • Establish processes to reduce creative fatigue, accelerate testing cycles, and increase the volume of successful experiments.

  • Build and maintain relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements and custom commercial opportunities, and evaluate new acquisition partners.

  • Identify and test emerging channels, networks, formats, and tools while developing clear criteria for evaluating their potential.

  • Stay current with advertising-platform policies, algorithm changes, market dynamics, and ecosystem developments, adapting acquisition strategies accordingly.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive acquisition workflows and develop internal tools, SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines that enable efficient scaling.

  • Help scale existing campaigns to significantly larger budgets while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets.

  • Contribute to ambitious user-growth objectives and execute 0-to-1 acquisition initiatives across new channels.

  • Own the feedback loop between creative performance and analytical insights, ensuring learnings are rapidly translated into improved campaigns and funnels.

Requirements:

  • 4-10+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, growth marketing, or a closely related discipline.

  • Proven experience managing significant paid-media budgets, ideally in the range of $300K to $1M+ per month.

  • Demonstrated ownership of campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis, and results.

  • Hands-on experience with major paid acquisition platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, native advertising networks, or Google.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience with tools such as GA4, Voluum, attribution/tracking systems, dashboards, and related marketing analytics platforms.

  • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics and frameworks, including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and cohort analysis.

  • Excellent creative instincts, with the ability to write effective creative briefs, identify high-performing hooks and concepts, and iterate quickly based on performance data.

  • Experience optimizing landing pages, acquisition funnels, and conversion journeys.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and the ability to turn performance insights into actionable growth strategies.

  • Experience with subscription-based business models and CAC/LTV frameworks is an advantage.

  • Experience working with sensitive or regulated advertising categories, such as dating, femtech, or telehealth, is a plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with professional fluency in English.

  • Highly goal-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking full ownership of outcomes.

  • A hands-on “doer” mindset, with the ability to balance execution, planning, strategy, and rapid iteration.

  • Exceptional focus on speed, performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Humble, curious, and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Comfortable working with advertising products that may include uncensored, mature, or NSFW-oriented content.
