The Challenge

Groupe Oui Care is France's leading personal services group with 15 brands across wellness and daily living. You'll own paid acquisition strategy for O2, their flagship brand, driving ROAS and scaling customer acquisition across META with real budget responsibility.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current META campaigns, establish baseline ROAS/CPA metrics, and deliver optimization recommendations

Establish clear reporting cadence and KPI dashboards with media agencies

3

Map all acquisition levers (paid social, affiliation, email) and identify quick-win optimization opportunities

4

Lead 2-3 A/B tests on underperforming META audiences or creative angles

By 6 Months
1

Improve META ROAS by 15-25% through systematic audience and creative optimization

2

Launch and validate 2 new acquisition channels beyond paid social (affiliation or email sequences)

Build repeatable test & learn framework with weekly performance reviews and monthly strategic recommendations

4

Reduce CPA by 10-15% while maintaining or growing total acquisition volume

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track revenue generated per euro spent on META campaigns; target continuous monthly improvement.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Monitor cost to acquire a paying customer; optimize downward while scaling volume.

CPL (Cost Per Lead)

For funnel visibility; track lead quality and conversion-to-customer rates by source.

Acquisition Volume & LTV

Balance growth in customer acquisition with unit economics; ensure sustainable growth.
