The Challenge
WWT is a $12B+ global tech solutions leader (12K+ employees, 60+ locations) recognized 14 years running as a Great Place to Work. You'll own the marketing strategy and execution for 3 strategic partners, driving revenue growth through integrated campaigns, content, and joint go-to-market programs.
Your Mission
Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans for 3 assigned partners aligned with WWT's core value proposition and priority GTMs
Launch Q1 Joint Advertising & Marketing (JAM) program execution with clear success metrics and partner alignment
Audit and optimize all partner-related content on wwt.com and establish content calendar for quarterly partner newsletter
Build cross-functional working relationships with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Global Partner Alliances, and Engineering & Services teams
Execute full annual JAM program across all 3 partners with documented results, ROI reporting, and partner satisfaction scores
Grow partner-sourced pipeline by 25%+ through optimized GTM strategies and marketing-driven lead generation
Establish WWT brand presence on all 3 partner websites and digital channels with consistent messaging and lead capture mechanisms
Deliver 4 quarterly partner newsletters with 40%+ open rates and measurable engagement tied to sales conversations

Partner-Sourced Revenue
Track incremental revenue attributed to marketing initiatives for each of the 3 partner accounts.
JAM Program ROI
Measure return on joint advertising and marketing spend against leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
Partner Engagement Score
Monitor partner satisfaction with marketing support, content quality, and co-marketing execution.
Content Performance
Track website traffic, email open rates, newsletter engagement, and partner channel impressions.
Pipeline Velocity
Measure speed of partner-influenced deals from first touch to close by campaign and GTM.

- You're fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling seamless communication with LAC partners and internal teams
- You thrive owning the full marketing lifecycle from strategy through execution and reporting—you don't wait for others to move
- You're comfortable in matrix organizations and can influence without direct authority across Sales, Engineering, Creative, and Executive teams
- You measure everything: you tie marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, and partner satisfaction with clean data and clear narratives
- You need remote flexibility—this is on-site only (though location posting shows discrepancies: Costa Rica applicants only, but office in Mexico)
- You prefer executing tactical campaigns over building integrated strategies; partner marketing requires both thinking big and sweating details
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or lack historical context on partner relationships; you'll need to learn relationships quickly and set your own rhythm

Phone screen with Partner Marketing team lead to assess partner marketing experience, Latin America market knowledge, and bilingual capability
Case study / portfolio review
Walk through 2-3 past partner marketing campaigns you've managed: strategy, execution, results, and what you'd do differently
Cross-functional panel
Interview with VP Marketing & Proposals, Corporate Marketing lead, and Sales leadership to assess collaboration and strategic thinking
Executive conversation
Final discussion with VP or C-level sponsor to confirm cultural fit and long-term vision alignment
