Zyte extracts web data for 3,000+ companies and 1M developers. You'll be the growth engine turning their content into cross-channel fuel, cracking developer ecosystems with authentic campaigns that move fast and iterate faster.
Your Mission
Map and audit Zyte's presence across 8+ ICP channels (Reddit, HackerNews, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, X, dev.to, Substack, emerging platforms) with engagement benchmarks
Launch 4+ fast-iterative content amplification campaigns across channels with channel-specific messaging and format variations
Build repeatable AI-powered content repurposing workflow using ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity, delivering 3x more content variations from core assets
Establish baseline metrics: audience growth rate, content engagement benchmarks (CTR, CVR, shares), and social reach per channel
Drive 40%+ YoY growth in qualified audience reach across ICP communities with measurable CTR and conversion rate improvements
Establish Zyte as a recognized authority voice in web scraping/data extraction ecosystems through consistent, authentic content presence
Scale content production velocity: repurpose 1 core asset into 5+ formats monthly (video, infographic, podcast, LinkedIn post, dev.to article, etc.)
Achieve 3+ successful campaign case studies with clear attribution to demand gen pipeline metrics and revenue influence

Audience Growth Rate
Monthly net new followers/subscribers/community reach across all channels, indexed to baseline.
Content Engagement Rate
Average CTR, conversion rate, shares, and downloads across all amplified content pieces.
Campaign Velocity
Number of new campaigns launched per month and time-to-execution from brief to live.
Channel Penetration
Share of voice and engagement rate within each ICP ecosystem (Reddit, HackerNews, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Content Repurposing ROI
Reach and engagement generated per original content asset across all derivative formats.

- You need prescriptive direction and detailed briefs—this role demands self-direction and rapid experimentation

- You lack authentic understanding of developer psychology and community norms—fake content will get shredded in these spaces

Initial Screening

AI Workflow Deep Dive
Practical discussion of how you currently use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc. in your workflow; likely hands-on exercise
Community Strategy Case Study
Discuss how you'd approach cracking one specific ICP ecosystem (Reddit, HackerNews, Stack Overflow, etc.) with authenticity
