ZURU is one of the world's largest toy companies with iconic brands like Bunch O Balloons and Mini Brands. You'll own the France & Benelux market—translating global innovation into local retail dominance across the region's biggest retailers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and align with key retailers (hypermarkets, toy chains) across France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg; establish quarterly planning cadence

Audit current e-commerce presence across major platforms; create optimization roadmap for product listings and digital shelf visibility

Launch 2-3 retailer co-marketing initiatives tied to product launches, securing shelf space and in-store promotions

4

Establish local marketing budget framework tied to sales trends; identify quick wins for Q2 campaign execution

By 6 Months
1

Grow in-store promotional placements by 30%+ across targeted retailers; track via store visit data and retailer feedback

Build regional influencer/ambassador seeding program; launch 3-5 localized campaigns with performance tracking

Establish trade marketing presence; secure coverage in key retail publications and support 2+ major trade shows

Increase online product discoverability and conversion; achieve 15%+ improvement in retailer e-commerce listings quality score

  • You're comfortable juggling retailer relationships, e-commerce optimization, and localized campaigns simultaneously
  • You love data-driven decision-making but also trust your instincts on what works in-market; you visit stores, talk to retailers, and iterate quickly

  • You need remote flexibility or are unwilling to work on-site in Paris full-time
  • You're uncomfortable with the pace of fast-moving consumer goods—expect rapid product launches and shifting retailer demands
  • You lack hands-on retail or B2B marketing experience; this role is about real-world trade execution, not just brand campaigns
