The Challenge

Mediatoon Licensing manages rights for Europe's biggest comic and animation franchises (Naruto, Lucky Luke, Hunter x Hunter). You'll be the marketing engine helping convert licensing deals across merchandising, gaming, and theme parks—working hands-on with real IP portfolios that drive millions in revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build 3-5 commercial presentation decks and licensing catalogs that sales uses to pitch partners

2

Launch and manage BtoB (LinkedIn) and BtoC (Instagram) content calendar with 2+ posts weekly

3

Conduct competitive analysis on 8-10 key licensing competitors and document market positioning

4

Publish 6-8 website articles/content updates on mediatoon-licensing.com

By 6 Months
1

Deliver quarterly market analysis reports with trends, gaps, and growth opportunities in franchise licensing

2

Grow social engagement by 30%+ (followers, impressions, click-throughs) across LinkedIn and Instagram

3

Support execution of 2+ B2B trade shows or partnership activations

4

Create templated marketing toolkit (email templates, social assets, pitch decks) for reuse across 5+ franchises

  • You're a junior marketer or student who lives and breathes comics/anime culture (Naruto, Lucky Luke, BD franco-belge)
  • You write fluently in French AND English; copy is your edge
  • You're comfortable juggling Excel, PowerPoint, social platforms, and website CMS without hand-holding
  • You want real marketing exposure—not coffee-fetching—with direct impact on licensing partner acquisition
  • You're based in or relocating to Paris and want a structured 6-month runway to prove yourself

  • You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site Paris 19ème
  • You expect a salary; this is an unpaid French internship (stipend only)
  • You have zero interest in comics, animation, or licensing as a category
  • You're looking for a permanent role immediately; this is a 6-month internship with optional conversion

Interview Process
