The Challenge
BNP Paribas Real Estate is a €4B+ international real estate powerhouse operating across 23 countries. You'll own the full marketing-to-sales funnel for commercial real estate advisory in Lille—from content creation and lead nurturing to field prospecting and deal closing.
Your Mission
Launch 20+ property listings across bnppre.fr and partner portals with optimized visuals, descriptions, and SEO
Produce 8-12 immersive property videos and virtual tours for key development projects
Build and segment customer database for 3+ targeted email campaigns (track open/click rates)
Establish weekly social media cadence (LinkedIn, Instagram): design 2-3 visuals + posts per week
Execute 50+ outbound prospecting calls/visits; convert 5+ qualified leads into client meetings
Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: design → execution → reporting for 2 major marketing initiatives
Grow qualified leads database by 200+ contacts; maintain 15%+ email engagement rate
Develop and present quarterly performance dashboard: pipeline value, conversion rates, content ROI

Leads Generated & Qualified
Number of new prospects identified, contacted, and qualified for sales follow-up each month.
Email Campaign Performance
Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate for marketing campaigns; target 20%+ open, 5%+ CTR.
Content Output & Engagement
Monthly social media posts, video production count, and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
Listing Velocity
Time from property onboarding to live listing; track quality score (completeness, visuals, SEO).

Is This Role For You?
- You're fluent in French and English; comfortable jumping into a French-speaking B2B environment
- You love content creation (video, visual design, copywriting) AND the thrill of closing deals
- You're enrolled in a Master's program (Commerce, Real Estate, Business, or equivalent) with flexibility for alternance schedule
- You want hands-on exposure to commercial real estate—a €3T+ global asset class—without the desk-jockey grind
- You need 100% remote or flexible hours; this is on-site Lille, full-time alternance
- You're purely a marketer with zero sales appetite; this role pivots commercial mid-year
- You can't commit to a structured alternance schedule (school + work blocks); BNP expects consistency
Interview Process

Case study or writing test
Create a short property listing, social media post, or pitch email; assess marketing chops and commercial instinct
Panel interview
Meet Marketing Manager + one Commercial Director; discuss projects, autonomy, growth mindset, real estate interest
Final approval
HR finalizes alternance contract, start date (Sep 2026), and internship agreement with your school
