Veritas Automata is building trust in automation across regulated industries—and you'll be the voice amplifying that mission. You'll own their social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube while supporting executive thought leadership in a high-growth fintech/automation space.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and maintain a 3-month social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with 100% on-brand consistency

2

Research and document 20+ industry trends, competitor insights, and relevant hashtag strategies aligned with Life Sciences/Healthcare positioning

Upload and optimize 15+ webinar recordings and short-form video clips to YouTube with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags

4

Execute 50+ community engagement actions (comments, replies, thoughtful engagement) to drive audience growth and brand visibility

By 6 Months
1

Grow LinkedIn and Instagram follower base by 25-30% with documented engagement rate improvements through data-driven content decisions

Lead expansion to TikTok platform—develop initial content strategy, post 8-10 pilot videos, and establish best practices for short-form content

Create 4-6 data-driven content recommendations reports using marketing analytics to inform podcast topic development and campaign strategy

Establish brand consistency audit framework and document all YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram formatting guidelines for team scalability

Measure video performance metrics to identify what webinar topics and formats drive audience interest in regulated industries.

Follower Growth Rate

Track monthly net follower growth across platforms to evaluate reach expansion and community building effectiveness.

Audience Response Time

Monitor how quickly you respond to DMs and comments to gauge community management responsiveness and brand perception.

  • You're fluent in English (written and verbal) and can maintain consistent brand voice across multiple platforms and formats

Interview Process
