The Challenge
Wink is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to drive campaign performance and market strategy across Canada. You'll own the full funnel—from campaign setup to optimization—using real analytics tools to prove impact.
Your Mission
Set up and launch 3+ paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) with documented targeting strategy and baseline KPIs
Conduct competitive analysis across 5+ key competitors and deliver actionable market opportunities memo
Build segmented email campaign sequences and achieve 15%+ open rate benchmark through CRM optimization
Establish weekly KPI dashboard tracking campaign CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Scale winning campaigns to 40%+ ROAS improvement through A/B testing and audience refinement
Publish 15+ content pieces (blog, video, social) with documented organic reach and engagement benchmarks
Develop and execute product launch campaign with integrated social, email, and paid components
Present quarterly marketing strategy review with data-backed recommendations for next budget allocation
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)—your primary performance lever.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost to acquire one new customer; directly tied to campaign efficiency and strategy optimization.
Email Engagement Rate
Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate from email campaigns; measures CRM effectiveness.
Organic Traffic & Rankings
Monthly organic visits and keyword rankings from SEO efforts; tracked via Google Analytics and SEMrush.
