The Challenge

Wink (part of Media-Start) is a ~40-person agency helping SMEs access major national media. You'll own growth ops from data to automation—building workflows, optimizing funnels, and scaling acquisition for a fast-growing B2B platform.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize HubSpot setup; map core conversion funnels and identify 3+ friction points

2

Design and deploy 2 multi-channel campaigns using Lemlist + Zapier automation for prospecting

3

Build 1 end-to-end onboarding workflow to improve new lead activation rates by 20%+

4

Weekly reporting: present user journey insights and data-driven recommendations to Sales/Product

By 6 Months
1

Scale scraping and lead gen ops to 500+ qualified prospects/month with repeatable process

Establish growth metrics dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and activation rate trends

Launch 3 automated nurture sequences for different buyer personas; achieve 25%+ engagement baseline

4

Mentor junior team member on growth stack tools; document playbooks for campaigns and workflows

Campaign Conversion Rate

Track email open, click-through, and reply rates across Lemlist campaigns to optimize messaging and targeting.

Funnel Velocity

Measure time from lead capture to first meeting; optimize bottlenecks to compress sales cycle.

Lead Quality Score

HubSpot lead scoring tied to close probability; iterate on criteria to improve Sales productivity.

Automation Efficiency

Monitor Zapier/LGM workflow execution; measure time saved and error rate to prove automation ROI.
