The Challenge

Weblib is a French software platform helping 70+ countries digitize retail, hospitality, and healthcare—and they're ready to scale. You'll own the entire B2B marketing strategy across France, Germany, and the Middle East, turning ambitious growth plans into qualified leads and a killer partner program.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current marketing stack and audit lead generation performance across all three markets

Launch first high-impact inbound campaign (content + SEO/SEM blend) targeting key verticals

Design and activate initial channel partner program with clear engagement KPIs

4

Establish marketing-to-sales alignment and define weekly lead quality/volume metrics

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 25-40% increase in qualified pipeline contribution vs. baseline (France + Germany priority)

Build and execute 2-3 major partner activation campaigns (webinars, certifications, events)

Refresh brand platform and deploy cohesive messaging across web, paid, and content

4

Structure CRM data integration and establish predictive lead scoring model

Track inbound + outbound pipeline contribution by market and campaign source.

Channel Partner Engagement Score

Measure partner activation via webinar attendance, certification completion, and deal influence.

CAC by Channel & Market

Monitor cost-per-acquisition across paid, organic, events, and partner channels.

Content ROI & Conversion Rates

Track whitepaper downloads, webinar registrations, and downstream sales velocity.

Brand Awareness Lift

Quarterly survey or share-of-voice tracking in target verticals across markets.

  • You've built and scaled B2B marketing strategies (inbound + outbound) across multiple regions or segments
  • You think like a marketer but operate like a founder—comfortable owning targets and moving fast
  • You have real experience with channel/partner marketing and can design programs that actually drive deals
  • You're fluent in marketing ops, analytics, and can tie campaigns directly to pipeline and revenue
Won't Work If
  • You need a large, structured marketing team reporting to you—this is scrappy early-stage building
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site daily presence in Paris or travel across France, Germany, and Middle East
  • You prefer specialist roles (e.g., content-only, paid-only) over full-stack strategic ownership
